Package Description

We are looking to appoint an experienced and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support the learning of children with SEN, initially within Key Stage 1. This will include classroom support and may also include some time within our specialist learning provision. This role is term time only working 39 weeks per year, Monday to Friday 08.40 - 15.10 each day.

Key Responsibilities:

Being a good or outstanding classroom TA practitioner

Continuous improvement of teaching and learning under the supervision of theClass teacher and SENDCo

Maintaining and raising standards under the supervision of the Class teacher,SENDCo and SLT

Tracking performance of specified SEND children

Leading by example to motivate and work with others

Paid weeks per year46.4 (inclusive of holiday entitlement)
