Can you build a strong relationship with others and are you keen to make a positive impact on the therapy service provided? If you are a qualified physiotherapist, then this could be the role you’re looking for.
As the Integrated Therapy Lead, you will lead a team of physiotherapists, occupational therapists and therapy assistants to provide outstanding rehabilitation and support team development. You will work as part of our multi-disciplinary team to ensure quality monitoring, development of service and ensure the team are meeting the requirements of their roles.
The role is a 1 year fixed term-contract/secondment to cover maternity leave. You will be supporting both Milton Grange, a 37 bedded short stay intermediate care unit as well as the reablement team within Joint Community Rehabilitation (JCR)which is countywide.
This is a really rewarding role allowing you to work autonomously and be involved in the strategic development of the service being provided to our local population. You will see firsthand the positive impact your role is having in supporting people back to independence and being able to return home. This is a really exciting time for Directly Provided Services with a focus on growing and broadening access to our services. You will be instrumental in leading this change.
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are qualified Physiotherapists with a HCPC registration.
- Have team leader/managerial experience
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are positive and proactive.
- Have a full UK driving licence with own transport or able to demonstrate they can travel across the county.
