Job Introduction
INA (Individual Needs Assistant)
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for someone to join our fabulous Bluebell
family as an individual needs assistant working at Fletching Primary School.
- to support an individual child on a one-to-one basis ;
- to supervise and take care of the children during the lunch time period in all areas, inside and outside of the school.
This is a busy and varied role, but we will help you to get the support you need to
succeed.
The successful candidate will need:
- to have experience of supporting children in a classroom environment;
- to have knowledge and understanding of child development;
- to be effective at establishing good relationships with pupils, staff and parents;
- to have good maths and English skills;
- to have high expectations of themselves and pupils;
- to embrace the Christian ethos of the school;
- to promote a positive image of the school through their work and attitude.
