Full time: Monday – Friday. 08.45am – 3pm. Term time only
Contract Type: Fixed term (Funding linked to EHCP)
Grade: Grade A Scale 3 Spinal 7-8
Salary: £22,369 -£22,777, per annum pro rata
Start: May 2025
The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic, organised, motivated and flexible Individual Needs Assistant to join our school family.
Job Introduction
The successful applicant will:
- Have a good understanding of SEND and can use strategies to support pupils with SEND Previous experience of working in a school setting is not essential
- work under the direction of the class teacher and INCo as well as being required to use their own initiative
- have good communication skills, an interest in child development as well as high expectations and aspirations for all
- support the Catholic ethos of our school
