Job Introduction
Manor Primary School is a two form entry school situated in the north of the town of Uckfield. Our children attend from the local area as well as surrounding villages.
Our school motto is, "Everyone Matters, Everyone Helps and Everyone Succeeds". Supporting our motto are our values of Respect, Responsibility, Creativity, Curiosity and Perseverance. Our ethos is overwhelmingly one of inclusivity and mutual respect.
We are looking for an experienced teacher to join us as an Upper Key Stage 2 class teacher, to start in September 2025 for one year. We want to give the children the best possible start to their new school year and so the successful candidate will be someone who:

The school will need to ensure that they are not knowingly employing a person who is disqualified under the 2018 Regulations in connection with relevant childcare provision. Accordingly, the successful candidate will be required to demonstrate to the school, by completing a self-declaration form as part of the pre-employment checks process, that they have not been disqualified under the 2018 Regulations.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
