This is a temporary position, currently until the end of the academic year with a possibility to continue.

We are a thriving Church of England Primary School based in the village of Herstmonceux. Our school vision and values are at the heart of everything that we do.

We are looking for a patient and caring person to join our team of dedicated and friendly staff. Our team is warm, welcoming and supportive. This position is to work on an individual basis to support a pupil in KS2 with an EHCP.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children. They will be enthusiastic and consistent in their approach with the ability to work flexibly and be able to think on their feet. We are looking for an individual with good literacy and numeracy skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work as part of the team.

Working pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service)
