Caretaker – Part Time

20 hours per week

St Mary’s School & College Bexhill is seeking to recruit a Caretaker to support the Site Manager in ensuring the Trust’s premises are well maintained and kept in good order. This is a dynamic role, which will suit an individual with a broad range of skills in building and grounds maintenance plus health and safety. The role requires working in line with the Trust’s policies, procedures, legislation and industry best practice at all times and may involve various day time shift patterns. The Successful applicant must hold a valid driver’s license. This is a part time position for 20 hours per week (in the first instance) over 52 weeks (not term time only).
