The Local Government Pension Scheme landscape is complex and ever changing. Leading a team that supports the delivery of the strategic objectives of the East Sussex Pension Fund (ESPF) - Homepage | East Sussex Pension Fund. The ESPF is valued at £5.0bn, have over 85,000 member and comprises 140 employer organisations. The governance of the ESPF is provided by a Pension Committee, with the support of a Pension Board. The Fund is part of the ACCESS investment pool, along with 10 other local authority pension funds, with investments in excess of £50bn.
We are looking for candidates who will bring innovative thinking and expertise, leading on embedding best practice for strong stewardship, safeguarding the integrity of the Fund and giving excellent service to the customers of the Fund, including employers, contributors and beneficiaries.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.
Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
