Merstham Park School is looking to appoint four enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants to support our students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role will be well suited for candidates who are looking to start their career in teaching, experienced TA's looking for flexibility, or gap year students from universities. We are interested in hearing from all candidates, no matter what point in your career you are currently at and we welcome flexible working arrangements.
As a member of the team at Merstham Park School, you will have plenty of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities for professional development and growth. Working as part of the GLF Trust comprising of 41 schools, we can support you with career pathways for progression.

Job Details
Start date: 1 September 2021
Contract type: Permanent, Term-time only
Working hours: Monday - Friday 36 hours, 39 weeks of the year
Pay Scale: GLF Associate 2 - £17,900
Annual Salary (pro-rata, for 36 hours per week, 39 weeks per year): £15,399 Actual Salary
